Feel the difference each day as we focus on reducing back and neck pain from 3 different angles: Working at strengthening your core muscles that support the spine.  Utilising balance work to activate stabilising muscles, correcting any postural imbalances and correcting alignment. Helping you find the optimum biomechanics within your body. Adele Snyman will help you learn to combine Pilates with Yoga to strengthen the body, look inward to observe where we can improve posture and strengthen and the use the flexibility yoga adds to maintain a healthy spine in our practice.
