Join us as we watch our breath, quiet our minds and take note of what arises Monday in our Yin Yoga and Journaling class with Joanne.

Joanne is a published author and believes in journaling as a tool for self observation and reflexion. Combining this practice with Yin Yoga, a practice that encourages self observation and deep opening, is sure to generate some mental letting go. We will take a moment between poses to write those thoughts down and make it easier to let them go.
