Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga is a practice that cultivates mindfulness and body awareness. We hold poses from 1 to 10 minutes with the goal of releasing Myofascial tension and blocks to the free movement of energy in the body. The slow and long held poses increase circulation in joints as well as improving flexibility and developing a quite mind that is open to a meditative state.
