Yin & Journaling

“Who knows what will arise when we watch ourselves?” asks Kripalu Yoga teacher, Kripalu Schools faculty, and life coach Michelle Dalbec

Join us as we watch our breath, quiet our minds and take note of what arises Monday in our Yin Yoga and Journaling class with Joanne.

Joanne is a published author and believes in journaling as a tool for self observation and reflexion. Combining this practice with Yin Yoga, a practice that encourages self observation and deep opening, is sure to generate some mental letting go. We will take a moment between poses to write those thoughts down and make it easier to let them go.

Normal class pricing applies, bring your own journal or buy a very cool one at Tribal, $150 MXN (8 USD)

Early registration suggested

Tribal monthly members and pass holders always welcome.
